HOW ABOUT TABLE RUNNER? ( yes I am obsessed with QAYG!)

Aren't these some great placemats?--a great way to start your QAYG experience!






QAYG instructions for serger method --these are well written and how I first learned the method. Now I use it to add borders to a smaller quilt center made with log cabin/row type of QAYG method.

Super Easy QAYG (Quilt As You Go) with center square, triangles and extra quilting. Layout is for 40 x 40". Center square is 15"; add extra quilting; next layer is a 16" square cut into 4 triangles and added; next 20.5" into 4 triangles; and last 29" square into 4 triangles; add extra quilting as noted on the diagram.


TRAFFIC LIGHT: twin size 68 x 92 / center block 12 x 24" / outside strips 6"





FLOWER IN POT: twin / 66 x 84 / 18 x 36" finished center block / strips 6" wide finished (cut 6 1/2")
